Stoeckli Ski Australia - Photo Competition Terms & Conditions
The promoter is Stoeckli Ski Australia Pty Ltd.
The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over except employees of Stoeckli Ski Australia, and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The photo competition must be entered by submitting an entry using the link provided at www.stoeckli.com.au/photocomp. The entry must fulfill all competition requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Stoeckli Ski Australia Pty Ltd.
You may enter only once. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Stoeckli Ski Australia Pty Ltd.
Starting date for entry 12 January 2019. Closing date for entry 30 March 2019. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The prize is as follows: A Gift Voucher valued at $200 accepted by Stoeckli Ski Australia for goods and services provided within their business charter.
Winners will be chosen by a panel of 3 judges.
The winner will be notified by email on or by 15 April 2019. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Personal data is protected by The Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998. Stoeckli Ski Australia guarantee the non-disclosure of personal information to third parties.
As a condition of participating in this photo competition, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this competition, shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of legal action.
Rights granted by you: The winner agrees to the use of the image in any publicity material.
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Stoeckli Ski Australia and not to any other party.
Stoeckli Ski Australia shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
Stoeckli Ski Australia also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
Photos must be sent in digital format (5mb maximum) by email to admin@stoeckli.com.au. Name and return email address must be included.
